즉, 아무리 프로그래밍 경험이 있고, 영어를 잘해도 인증된 기관에서의 CS 학점 이수가 매우 중요한 것을 알 수 있음.

Why is everyone so worried about getting accepted?
Strange why you got rejected with this kind of a profile. Have you taken formal CS courses like algorithms, computer architecture etc? I'd also...

I’ve been rejected for they(GT not UT yet) think I won’t be able to complete the program. But I have over two years of programming in medical imaging, published two papers on deep learning in radiology, had 109 TOEFL and 325 GRE(Q170) and got two strong rec letters(one from working supervisor and another from psychology professor). Well, I have a non-CS and non-technical college degree with a GPA of 3.22. I don’t think that I have nothing do with CS and in fact invest quite a lot. So, it’s really not that easy to get in!

I'd also apply to UT-Austin if you haven't done formal CS courses. They do accept MOOC courses as pre-reqs and your GRE score will do the rest.
Sorry for the confusion. The rejection came from GT not UT. I’ve taken several CS courses as advised by the program’s counsellors, including algorithm, and From Nand to Tetris, but not all the six mentioned in the website. I’m applying UT 2021 and current trying to take more online pre-reqs courses. In fact, I’ve had two offer from Ischools from other Universities, but I realized that I like the curriculum of UT much more. So, a bit risky and anxious but hopeful.
Well, yours is definitely a weird case. I've seen people claim to have gotten in with next to no CS background. You meanwhile have published papers on deep learning. What reason did they cite? A lack of CS courses? And how long ago was the rejection?
I guess it’s a lack of CS courses. The rejection letter goes like this:
April 20, 2020
On behalf of the faculty, I want to thank you for giving us the opportunity to consider your application for the Online Master of Science in Computer Science program at the Georgia Institute of Technology for Fall 2020. Your application and supporting documents have been carefully reviewed. The evaluation of applicants includes the consideration of many factors: previous academic achievement, work experience, TOEFL and/or IELTS scores (if applicable), letters of recommendation, and the answers to all application questions including the Background essay and Statement of Purpose.
I am sorry to report that we are unable to admit you, as you do not have a computer science or closely related degree or other technical and/or engineering background. Your supporting materials indicate that you would have trouble succeeding in this extremely demanding program which encompasses a wide range of topics in Computer Science. To demonstrate your academic CS capability, the BEST evidence and preparation is for you to take and successfully complete, with a grade of “B” or better, several junior, senior, or graduate level courses in Computer Science from an ACCREDITED ACADEMIC institution in order that you would be better prepared for a future application to the OMSCS program. Please note that your simply being enrolled in such courses is NOT sufficient! The Admissions Committee expects that you will have COMPLETED such courses with a FINAL grade submitted with your new application! If you believe that this decision was made in error, more information can be found at "How to Request a Decision Appeal." However, realize that if you ask for a re- evaluation of your application, you will be asked to provide NEW and
ADDITIONAL compelling and convincing evidence that you have adequate Computer Science skills and capabilities that have prepared you for the rigor of graduate work in Computer Science at Georgia Tech. Keep in mind that Computer Science means something very specific at Georgia Tech; it usually does not equate to Information Technology, MIS, CIS, or web development. Typically, work experiences in these fields alone will not be adequate preparation for master's level work in Computer Science, nor does work experience necessarily make up for a poor undergraduate GPA. If you do pursue the re-evaluation process, you MUST follow all the directions carefully in order for your request to be considered. Also, ALL requests must be made within 30 days of the Admission Denial Decision having been made available to you. Requests MUST be made per the instructions at the above-referenced web page; requests made any other way will not be considered. Please note that less than 5% of re-evaluations result in being granted admission. We do wish you the best of luck in your future academic endeavors.
